UTE has Signed a Lease Agreement for Exhibition Space

November 2013, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Landmark Towers and Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre, in which collaboration between UTE and the two hotels were expressly agreed. The Tourism Fair venue was finally implemented.

Beijing Landmark Towers is located in Beijing's famous Sanyuanqiao business and cultural district. It was opened for business in 1990 and renovated in 2003. It takes a 30-minute drive from the airport and the city center, 45 minute-drive from railway stations. The building is near the embassy district, which has many trees and beautiful landscape along the sparkling Landmark River. The towers are close to the Great Wall Hotel, Lufthansa Center, Hilton Hotel, National Agricultural Exhibition Center, Capital Mansion, and Kunlun Hotel. Beijing Landmark Towers has 464 guest rooms, 240 apartments and 35,000 square meters of office space. The hotel building has 15 floors, with standard rooms (25 square meters).

Guangzhou Centre Crown Plaza is located in the central business district of Huanshi East Road, where consulates of many countries and world-renowned companies are located. Grandview Plaza and shopping street of Beijing Road are all nearby. The hotel area has convenient transportation, with the Airport Express in front of its doorstep. It takes about 30 minutes to commute from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, 10-15 minute from Guangzhou Railway Station and Guangzhou East Railway Station. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the East Railway Station (7 km). A Guangzhou subway station is only 200 meters away. The hotel is adjacent to the China Import and Export Fair Liuhua Exhibition Hall and the new Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center Pazhou Exhibition Hall. So, it is widely regarded as an ideal place for business travelers to get together and stay.
