Exhibition Definition

UTE Outbound Tourism Exhibition serves as a 100% B2B communication platform for Chinese outbound travel agencies, online customer acquisition platforms, educational travel and research programs, customized tours, meetings and exhibitions (MICE), international tour operators, hotels, resorts, tourism platforms, cruise lines, and other entities related to tourism (airlines, visas, travel insurance, etc.).

(1) UTE is the first in China to conduct roaming exhibitions without the traditional desk-style interactions. As pioneers and leaders in this format of tourism exhibition, we owe our gratitude to our Chairwoman, Ms. Dong Chunlian. In 2007, during her visit to an education exhibition in the United States, she conceived the idea of introducing this exhibition model to the Chinese tourism industry. UTE aimed to bridge the gap between the demands and supplies in tourism, creating a "Tourism B2B Communication Platform." UTE has collaborated with tourism counterparts from 118 countries, organizing tourism exhibitions in 30 cities across China. Despite the impact of the pandemic leading to the temporary closure of UTE's outbound tourism exhibitions, the leaders and staff of the UTE Outbound Exhibition Department have remained steadfast, continuously planning and rescheduling exhibition dates. UTE has persevered as the only tourism exhibition that did not close its doors during the pandemic. The UTE Outbound Tourism Exhibition, in this roaming format, currently stands as the world's largest and longest-running exhibition in terms of scale and duration.

(2) With nearly 14 years of accumulation and sedimentation in the industry, UTE Outbound Tourism Exhibition has gathered a substantial amount of data and information within the tourism sector.
