With the successful completion of the UTE roadshow in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu this October, UTE showcased its unique “classroom-style” networking format across the four cities, providing participants with an efficient and convenient B2B communication platform.

UTE serves as a platform for connecting inbound and outbound travel agencies, hotel booking platforms, airlines, tourism platforms, and more with tour operators, online travel platforms, customized tour providers, wholesalers, conference and MICE organizers.
Paid exhibitors included domestic and international inbound agencies, hotels, attractions, travel insurance providers, airlines, and travel platforms.
Free visitors included tour operators, online booking platforms, customized tour providers, study tour organizers, travel agencies, wholesalers, conference planners, and business and cultural travel companies.

In the golden autumn season, UTE gathered in China’s capital, Beijing — a city that stands both as a birthplace of Chinese civilization and as a gateway connecting China with the world.
This exhibition focused on two core themes: “Cultural Tourism” and “International Cultural and Tourism Cooperation.” It attracted inbound agencies, travel insurance providers, hotels, and attractions from 118 countries and regions around the world.
The event featured over 220 exhibitors from both China and abroad and welcomed a total of 1,800 professional visitors.

Following the successful event in Beijing, UTE arrived in Shanghai, an international metropolis known as the “Pearl of the Orient.” As China’s economic powerhouse and a global shipping hub, Shanghai is renowned for its openness and inclusive “Haipai” culture.
The exhibition featured a special “Russian Association” themed pavilion, along with displays from various distinctive international tourism cities. It attracted numerous domestic and international tourism professionals who came together to explore new blueprints for the industry. The event brought together over 210 exhibitors from around the world and facilitated in-depth, scenario-based networking with more than 1,800 professional visitors.

UTE then moved south to Guangzhou, the ancient commercial capital. As the birthplace of Lingnan culture and an important starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, Guangzhou has long been the trade, culture, and tourism hub of southern China. Highlighting the themes of “Business, Cultural Tourism Integration” and “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Tourism
Collaboration,” the exhibition allowed visitors to discover special routes such as the “Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Tourism Line” and “Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Study Tour Routes.” The event gathered 180 premium exhibitors from around the world and hosted 1,300 professional visitors for deep, scenario-based exchanges.
Finally, UTE arrived in Chengdu, the “Land of Abundance.” Known for its laid-back lifestyle, adorable giant pandas, and spicy Sichuan cuisine, Chengdu has become a benchmark for leisure and cultural tourism in China. The exhibition attracted domestic and international tourism departments, rural tourism operators, family and wellness travel companies, and more. It featured 140 outstanding travel service providers engaging in face-to-face discussions with over 1,100 seasoned tourism buyers.

To date, UTE has successfully organized 111 exhibitions across more than 30 cities in China. These achievements are the result of the hard work of every team member and the continued trust and support of participants and partners. As Ms. Dong Chunlian advocates, UTE remains committed to creating more opportunities and growth for the tourism industry, constantly exploring new frontiers, and striving to deliver greater value to every participant.

With the October tour now successfully concluded, UTE Global Tourism Exhibition will stay true to its mission and look forward to an even more exciting journey in November. We eagerly await the chance to reunite with you in the next destination and witness together the flourishing growth of the global tourism industry.
